I am looking for some help to fine tune a Drupal Commerce website.

This is basically what I need:

1. eWay token payment setup

2. PayPal recurring billing

3. Recurring orders
• The user needs to be able to edit their recurring order frequency, including cancelling a recurring order.
• There are only 2 content types and not every purchase will be a recurring order. So my client’s preference is to have the recurring option available on the order not the product.

4. Order Delivery Checkout Page
NOTE: The delivery or shipping component of the site is all based around postcodes and a free delivery day is appointed to each postcode.
• Delivery Day Popup Calendar
o On shipping checkout page a pop up calendar for customers to choose a delivery day. Must have a cut off time for orders for the next day delivery option as 9pm. That is, a customer can not select the next day as a delivery day if the order is being placed after 9pm.
Scenario 1:
It is Monday, I want an order for Tuesday, but I am placing the order at 9.05pm. The calendar should not allow me to choose the Tuesday, it should force the next selection day as Wednesday. I am charged shipping depending on whether the chosen day is my free delivery day or not.
• Shipping
o Free shipping based on postcode and an allocated free delivery day.

I have an "old" site I did in D5; needs to be brought up to date but I don't have the time to figure out how to upgrade to 7. I'd love to just let someone with experience deal with it if I can afford to.

Once it's upgraded, I'll install a new theme, or we can negotiate for you to do it.

I'm in search of a developer to help achieve the following.

Background

My drupal 7.x site uses the Download Module to zip up a group of files assigned using the module settings available under the node type settings. This is working fine.

My site also uses the Public Download Count Module to track file downloads on nodes. This is working fine

Key (P0) Development Requirements

Integration between the two modules, where:

1. The zip file created by the Download Module is available in the reports, views, etc. and is counted within the Public Download Count Module each time it is downloaded.
2. Each time the zip file created by the Download Module is downloaded a counter for that specific zip file is counted as 1.
3. Each time the zip file created by the Download Module is downloaded the count for each of the files included within the zip file are also incremented by 1.

I have a menu on a site that is live that has a z-index issue with IE. It uses superfish and the dropdown falls behind other elements on the page. I have gone at this for hours that I just need someone to take a look at and tell me what I am doing wrong.

We have developed a site for a newspaper, which uses NewsEngin to feed news directly into the database. The Newsngin people are writing items to the database, but content is not being shown on the site.

We are looking for someone who is familiar with MySQL databases to take a look and either give recommendations or provide a fix for what is (not) happening with the feeding of news into the database.
