I need a Drupal Web Designer to create a customized registration form

Some example changes I need are.
1. I want the thumbnails larger.
2. Tags should be easier to distinguish from the "read more"
3. Remove the "thumbnail" from the bottom of the image nodes.
4. Users profile should have all post made by the user.
5. Add "print view" and icon (i will supply) that contains the image and contact info.

I've already posted here but since I need this pretty soon I'll ask here.

I don't know if a module can accomplish this already, but I need Drupal to shoot a personalized email to a user when he is granted access to a node. I'm using content access and ACL module to keep some nodes private.

Will pay $50.00 to convert my html design into drupal theme.

Looking for someone to implement a portal site where there will be a multi-categorized blogging system, groups, photo uploading, navigation of contents, and each personal page will be nicely laidout.
