Paid Drupal services

I have two different sites that I need some assistance with.

1 - Help with quick tabs using rendered entities in a view
2 - Help with min and max quantities for ubercart attribute selections (may require php or javascript)

I don't believe either issue is extensive, just beyond my knowledge.

Description

PBS Sprout is seeking a freelance Drupal Developer who has a passion for analyzing problems and writing code. The ideal candidate will have solid programming experience in a number of languages and technologies, including PHP, Perl, Python, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, SASS/Compass and others, as well as a love for Drupal and all things open source. Drupal 7 experience is required. We are open to either a front-end programmer or a back-end programmer; a desire to learn and grow is a must.

This is a 1 year contract, 40 hours/week, onsite in Philadelphia at the Comcast building. Telecommuting is not available.

I'm a fair way down the line with an ecommerce system. I just need some support to resolve a couple of challenges. I have a series of coupons and nodes being generated based on successful checkout of a certain product. Only problem is that the rule runs for each matching line item and not the line item quantity.

Anyone with particular experience with Commerce, Commerce Coupons and most importantly Rules please come forward.

Hi,
The website I have is www.collegecliff.com. I need a few changes to be made.

1. Need the options on the left side to be put into a drop down on the top bar
2. Need an extra field ( price) to be added into the area where you create posts
3. Need to be able to sort posts by price (H to L / L to H)
4. Move the search bar to the top of the page
5. Ability to delete old posts.
6. Move make a post option to the top bar
7. Enable responses underneath posts from other users

I need help with cart in Drupal Commerce.
When I add few products to shopping cart block looks good, but when i click checkout (shopping cart summary) then have total price 0.
