I have two projects and am looking for a drupal developer that has strong user interface design skills, along with strong project management skills.

The first project would be a classifieds ad website, very similar to craigslist, except this would be for just ONE city only. (There would not be 100+ cities like you see on the current CL site, just one.). Example sites I like for modelilng this include backpages.com, kijiji.com, and of course, craigslist. Remember, one city only.

This entails customization of existing Drupal modules, creation of new modules, integration with APIs and other programming tasks. There will also be some theme development, web design, HTML, PHP, CSS and JavaScript related coding.

My new Drupal site has been online about six weeks and is working reasonably well,
except for not rendering properly in IE6. My Drupal specialist, a real ace, and others have
pointed out to me that this is due to me posting non-xhtml compliant code in my content areas.
I've contracted someone to help straighten that out over the weekend.

I also need help with broader issues that come up in the course of building the site out.
My main Drupal assistant is terrific, he mostly just "kicks it", and will continue to help me
with that; but the problem is, he has a full-time professional web design day job and
is sometimes unable to respond when I most need help.

Like right now, I'm getting ready to launch my consultancy with emails and letters across
the tech industry, but I'm just not able to get the bandwidth that I need to square things away at a pace
that will get me there. So I am needing to hire a second, backup Drupal person who will serve
as a protege to my main helper, but is reportable to me, who can be a bit more responsive.
We're not talking a full-time workload here; maybe 5 to 8 hours a week for now. It's not the
magnitude of the work that's a problem; it's being able to make changes reasonably quickly
as they come up, without having to wait 24 to 48 hours to get them into the queue, when

I need a drupal module that would create a music library. The script will scan a music folder every few minutes and automatically add new artists to the library.

I will upload Albums to the /music/ folder. All the Albums will have the same structure.
