i need to be able to search key words in many drupal sites, what can i do!

I need to know how display the content of a block on an html page. Where should I look for?

The idea is to have a light html page that links to the drupal site without having the standard drupal themes.

I need to know if this idea is possible and compatible with the upgrading to 4.7.x.

1. when a page doesn't differ between (certain) authenticated users and anonymous users return cache (public? pages).
2. provide possibility to let stand links to pages the current user doesn't have access to (improve possibility to match pages for anounymous and pages for authenticated users; see previous remark).
3. moderation-links (e.g. edit, delete, etc) could be added by ajax/javascript or only shown in a special moderation environment (e.g. URLs like {base}/moderate/{url}. this could alse be done by an contrib module (but only when remark 1 is implemented).

I was wondering someone can advise on these two things.

Let me start with a question on
Clean URLs... is it good to enable CLean URLs? If so , why...is it better for SEO? DOes it hamper Performance?
What about Pathauto? What setting on it is best?

We'll be implementing a community/social networking site using Drupal v5 on May 1 for our newspaper!!!!

My concern is this. Can someone give me a generic benchmark using average daily visitors and page views as a scope regarding what type of server requirements I'll need?

I'm looking at Hostmysite VPS solution with cPanel, Virtuozzo with 1GB RAM @ $100/month.

There will be small volumes of video and audio, but not much. Mostly text driven.

Any help is greatly appreciated with this vague question.
