Does Primary Links problem result from error encountered running upgrade script?

First, I have been reading about the primary/secondary link changes in 4.7, but primary links don't seem to be showing up for me in ANY theme.

Second, I encountered errors of this sort (they were listed at the top as "warnings") when I ran the 4.7 upgrade script:

array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #2 is not an array in C:\htdocs\database\updates.inc on line 956.

This code looks like it may be attempting to transfer my old primary/secondary links into the new scheme?

The line of code in updates.inc that this relates to is:

Display links instead of teasers on index

I would like to find out how to display just a page of all the links under a certain term instead of teasers.

For my product reviews section, its fine having teasers, but for another section

I have lets say 7 terms, and each term would have like 40 links under it to a node?

Is this possible? I think there are snipplets like this, but how do i implement it?

help much appreciated!

Why the image module doesn't work for Drupal 4.7.0 beta 3?

I installed Drupal 4.7.0 beta 3. I followed the "Single user blog - basic" instruction to add image module.
I copied image folder to the modules directory just as the install.txt says.

When I went to administrator => modules, I got error message:

Fatal error: Only variables can be passed by reference in C:\www\drupal\modules\image\image.module on line 730

I did not find image module under Modules download page for 4.7.x but under 4.6.x. I used this one. I wonder if this version is compatible with 4.7.0 or not?

Does anyone have an answer?

Are there any project feeds on here right now?

I find myself scanning the CVS and 4.7 lists of modules pretty regulary. To a lesser extent, the list of themes as well. This feels so very 2002, having to scan such a list constantly and ferret out the changes. Is there any way to aggregate this content? Or if not, could there be? (I know it's possible with Drupal, I'm talking about specifically on drupal.org)

Drupal Security History, Review, and Comparisons

Background
The Drupal "Overview for Consultants" page ( http://drupal.org/node/43438 ) in the handbook needs information on Security. I'd like to collect that in this forum thread and then add it into the Handbook. I've started some research, but would appreciate any other input people have.

I have frequently turned to Secunia reports to compare the history and security of a product. They have information on more than 6,500 different products at http://secunia.com/product/

Drupal's Review
Drupal 4.x is reviewed here: http://secunia.com/product/342/

They provide

"Statistics Based on Advisories
- Advisories Month by Month
- Solution Status
- Criticality
- Where
- Impact"

They do not provide the amount of time between the different milestones in the process (e.g. time from vulnerability known to developers to vulnerability patch, and the point -if any- where an exploit was created).

Drupal has been relatively secure, especially considering that (in my knowledge) the time between knowledge of the vulnerability and patch-release is very small if not immediate.

Other Systems
Of course, when presenting Security information it is important to consider "secure compared to other products that do the same thing" and in these cases, there are some systems which have better records than Drupal, but most do not. I would like to create a comparison chart, but was curious which of these systems seems best to compare Drupal. When considering alternatives to Drupal for different purposes, which of these systems do you think are most often included in the list?
