i cant install Drupal??

Hi,

We're running Druapl 4.7 with MLM, Mailhandler, Listhandler, running on qmail. I'm fairly new to Drupal and running a mailing list, so bear with me. We have several forums on our community site www.xtuple.org . I'm getting duplicate content posted with 5 minute delays between duplicate posts (when cron runs). Why am I getting duplicate posts? And the other thing is that it seems to happen with some posts/forums and not others.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to have two different Nice Menus. How do i edit nice_menu.css or (appropriate css file) so that i can have two different.
i tried using ul.#nice-menu-1 and ul.#nice-menu-2 but i am not getting the desired effect.

ps: I posted this as an issue on nice menus, but nobody responded!!

I did a search but could not find a solution. Is there a method so that when a node/story is commented on, the comment causes the node/story to be bumped to the top of the front page (similar to a few forum packages)?

How do i change the home page stuff. I make pages, but on the home page, it shows what has been added, I wanted to make a specific home page.

I've seen this with some sites we host at Bryght, both on 4.6 sites and 4.7 sites, and I'm stumped: a site's theme will all of a sudden be disabled, and the site will show unthemed content. When I go into administer » themes to diagnose the problem, the theme comes back (sometimes) and shows as disabled (the checkbox) but selected as default (the radio button). What gives? How is a setting in the database changed without any administrator interaction?
