Drupal 4.7.x

Is there a way to allow multiple anonymous users to submit reviews with the Nodereview module? (I'm using the 4.7 version). Right now two anonymous users cannot submit a review for one and the same node.
Or if not, can anybody suggest a voting/rating module that would work well with CCK nodes and wouldnt require users to log in?!

After creating translations for the tooltips of images in drupal compatible sites, they are not displayed correctly... I use unicode fonts for the translation purpose and i check this with sevaral PC's. Some of them display the tooltip inorder to the translated language and some of them showing boxes instead of characters... If any one know about this issue or a solution for it please reply as soon as possible...

I was trying ot create a new module but when I clicked on Save configuration in admin/modules page the following error was shown:

warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at E:\wamp\www\drupal473\modules\indexer.module:19) in E:\wamp\www\drupal473\includes\common.inc on line 139.

I suposse it's not a code error because I downloaded it from: http://drupal.org/node/22795

Can somebody help me?

Hello, or site Makefunds.com has gone down for some reason and we cant seem to figure out why. I suspect that it has to do with clean urls. We can navigate by using the ?q=whatever but we cant login or anything else. Has anyone else ever experienced this problem?

We have made no modifications to the site recently so its nothing we added.

I placed my header image above the table in my page.tpl.php in Blue Marine. When I have dome this in the past with a flash header it would sit flush on top of the table.
