Is there a way that I can set up advertising packages that run on PayPal subscription. What I want to do is create different packages that will allow a member to place a link in a block on a certain page. So for example, if someone owned a credit card site they could browse to the credit card category on my site (I have many categories) and subscribe so that their website link will display on a block on that page? I've looked at the advertisement module but I need members to pay on "per link" basis and use subscriptions.
I've constructed a force directed graph interface (like the Visual Theasarus) using drupal nodes and tags as a navigation interface for my website. I've hacked the freemind module to output the structure of the site as an xml, with a further python script to massage it further (as my php is pretty rudimentary).

Me and the company I work at have been using drupal since the 4.6 release as a service to our clients and ever since we have been working to work out the kinks so that the user has a true feeling of a deticated server while truely its a multi-site drupal.
One of these little annoying things was the long urls pointing to the files map, themes map, etc. You get things like /sites/domain.com/www/files/images/file wich isn't the most beautiful. Now I have found my solution in apache's mod_rewrite, I have written the following:
I searched drupal.org seven ways till Sunday and I cannot find even a mention of this feature request.
I am wondering if there id a way to ignore any and all posts made by a certain user?
As a solution to deal with Trolls.
An "ignore this user" link in everyones profile if you will.
I am new to drupal and have been asked to help upgrade from 4.7.4 installation to 5.3 and currently backing up information and wanted to verify that all is in order, before proceeding!
The concern is over the requirements, as our hosting is with hostgator and our php version is 4.4.4 and mysql is 4.1.22-standard and it seems 5.3 runs on a clean install fine and just wanted to make sure the upgrade and all is feasible in the current environment.
As I read this on the requirements page and was not clear on how it related!
