how to creat two different blogs, one with comments enable & one with comments disabled. how to creat two menu links for two blogs? because on front end there are two bolgs. one with comments enabled & one with comments disabled.

Does Drupal have the ability to have the user emailed when a reply/answer is posted to a forum topic? If so, why doesn't Drupal forums allow for this?

Hi, when i type in the location of my frupal files it comes up with this error:
