Module development and code questions

Hi,

I'm trying to install the SimpleSAMLphp module for my Drupal 9 site (https://www.drupal.org/project/simplesamlphp_auth) but I get this error after activation:

SimpleSAMLphp module requires the simplesamlphp library, version 1.18.2 or later.

The version is good but I still tried others, without success.

Has anyone figured out how to fix the error?

Hi,

we created a Page in the Backend and we would like to add a Custom Controller to this page.

we searched a lot and we are aware that we can create a complete Module (incl. Page) to perform this task. 

But what if we just want to add a custom controler to an already existing page created in the Backend. Is this still posible?

I somewhat botched initial repo setup for my project https://www.drupal.org/project/image_to_media_filters (didn't follow instructions because I wanted a smaller version number) but even after creating the named branch still nothing happens when I reload https://www.drupal.org/project/image_to_media_filters/git-instructions

We are using Drupal 7.89.

I have enabled Redirect for ... alumni.uoguelph.ca/aad- training.I want all the pages under aad-training to redirect to a new website's login page.- and this is working fine.

But, ...alumni.uoguelph.ca/aad-training/check is going to a DRUPAL 7 existing page.

do we have an option for that ? I am confused. Pls, let me know.

I have created a module for Drupal V8.x - https://www.drupal.org/project/visualcrossing_weather

Then uploaded the project files using git commands from this page - https://www.drupal.org/project/visualcrossing_weather/git-instructions

In this page it still showing "Empty Repository".

Please help me understand the issue as its my first module publish in Drupal.
