Deprecated - Social software and communities

I have import mr.po (Marathi) file which created using poEdit.
I get marathi if I enable it on Windows 2000. But on Windows 98 it shows garbage(boxes ). Is it any more setting is required to support win98. Please advise me.

Having been a Drupal user for only a short time, I am impressed by how helpful the Drupal community is. In the spirit of what I believe community is about, I have set up a conference room with audio, video, and text capabilities for users of Drupal.

I have downloaded .pot files from translation. But I want to translate them to Marathi and convert to .po file.
Please tell me how to do ?

I have created New Menu block add One Main Menu. There are sub menus if Main Menu. When I click on Main Menu page get display but not the submenus although these are enable and Main Menu showing that arrow symbol indicating submenus are presend.
When I have assing page tobe display for Main Menu which is not created means xyz , then page not found error get display and sub menus are also get display. But when there us page which is valide at that time there is problem.
Please give me solution.
