Deprecated - Social software and communities

Does anybody know of a software that will work inside Drupal that will allow users the ability to work on the same project online. For example: You provide users basic information. Users then can add additional information or /delete information making corrections. Users can also upload pictures / video regarding this to provide further insight. etc.

I am developing a social networking site with drupal. My site will have 4 levels of member of having different access level, suppose free, Silver, gold and platinum membership scheme. But I cant understand that how can I use the modules to get the things that when an ordinary free member will pay some subscription free and upgrade automatically to silver or gold membership. Please help.
