SSH goes through Telnet (usually port 23) and SFTP uses port 21. Which port and protocol is more secure? I'm thinking of using Putty but have heard that SSH might not be that secure?
I'm looking to setup an e-commerce website for a restaurant that will allow people order food online. Most likely I am planning Drupal e-commerce.
I'd like to have all orders submitted sent to a fax. As it is important that the orders get to the restaurant, I want to setup the simplest solution, and that would be a fax machine, rather than a computer with an internet connection and email utility. This could be done directly through the order submission process in Drupal, or by having all emails sent automatically forwarded to a fax machine.
I have a form I am handling manually for reasons I don't wish to explain in this long post. I am finding this harder than it normally should be. Is there any way I can find the $_FILES variable's original information? I know that Drupal handles it, but I need to do this in a page rather than a module. Trust me on this one. Anybody have any ideas about getting the $_FILES information (most importantly the tmp_name information)??
I am new to Drupal. I liked the features described in the UpAPI module and have successfully followed the example to create a form field for uploading single files. I am scratching my head over the viewing of the files. I tried to follow the example in the upapi_example.module to get a link to a file that I uploaded, but the link shows up to a node that is not related. For instance the Node Id that is related to the file upload is 64 - so when I want to view that node, I am expecting a link to the file that I uploaded, but it seems to show up un-related such as .../upapi/download/1.
