I've been working at getting these two modules to get together since last night and have just determined that it's TinyMCE posing the problem I've been having.
All I want to do is to be able to upload and attach images to the body of my text. This is easily accomplished using the IMCE module in the plain text area. When I try to introduce TinyMCE to the mix, IMCE refuses to cooperate. What happens is the IMCE window comes up, I hit "add" and nothing comes up in the text area.
On my locally installed Apache/Drupal 5.3 system I'm currently setting up a small website for practising. Inserting story text content works well - but unfortunately I'm still not able to display images within the context of the text, nor to display any uploaded pictures! The "Upload" module is active, and I also chose "Full HTML" as input format for the content - is there still more to observe?
Working myself through "Getting Started", I came upon another obviously buggy/ill-configured function: the "Clean URLs". I can't even choose to activate them or not, as both options are greyed out - how can I fix this?
Already last week, I tried to use another color scheme on my experimental local website... as currently only the "garland" theme is installed, so I clicked on Administer/Site Building/Themes, and then on "Configure" in the "garland" row. I came to the color picker, chose a ready-made color scheme ("Greenbeam") and finally clicked "Save configuration" - but nothing happened, the appearance of my site didn't change at all!
is there any module that allows me to perform a mass upload (e.g. via zip) and create a gallery with square thumbnails (e.g. 4 in a row)? Each click on a thumb should trigger a popup or something else. Any suggestions?
