Theme development

I've read about problems like twice appearance of promoted content, but I need the reverse. My task is to promote to front page the same article\node\post twice, but with different pictures. So, I can increase the number of "image" fields in my type of content and upload them, but cannot promote it twice. Can anyone help me?

In my drupal site why the block image in header is not resizing? What i am doing wrong?

How to override the taxonomy--term.tpl.php and define different template files for some taxonomy terms in my site which is built using Drupal 7.x and a sub theme of Omega.

My problem is actually about the logo. The sizes of my original logo is 976 x 183 pixels, however on my website it's being showed with 520 x 980 size. This happens in Chrome, but when i visit the website with Firefox, the logo has its actual size. I searched long time how to fix this but i couldn't find a solution.

On this page, http://verilan.right-brain.net/audiovideo-services I can't get the two header images to be the same height. Why? I have no idea now. They have the same resolution and the same amount of pixles and everything now. I cropped them in photoshop and made sure they were the same. It's the right hand header image that is the issue. It's way too tall.

I am using a Corporate Clean subtheme.
