Theme development

Hey guys,

I'm setting up a theme, and I have a problem.

Since the banner is quite tall, every time I open up a new node page the only thing I can see is the banner and the topic's name. And I constantly need to scroll down.

The problem is that I'm fine with manual anchors, but I'm doing this for a client.
Any intelligent way to set up anchors before each text? So I could i.e. link them to ...?#autoAnchor;

Are there tried & true methods/modules for using a unique image for each link in a Drupal-generated menu? I've hard-coded these (in the orange nav bar - link below) in the .tpl file but they are useless with Clean URLs, etc.

first - thanks in advance for any help that you can give me.
I am not a full time web designer but i rarely make website for businesses or friends.
I was creating the site for a small business, that you can see here www.sigmateam.it
It was all good until the client decided that he wanted to make changes to the content by himself.
So i thought... Drupal. After some searching i managed to create the slideshow on the homepage (views + views slideshow).

Hi my question is this... I have built a Drupal 7 website using Bartik 7.22 (default theme) and I have made it so users can create an Article. When a user has created an Article it posts to front page as I wanted however the users profile picture in the post is so small you can't really see the picture but when you click on the Title for the Article the users picture is the right size so the only problem I have is making that user profiles picture a little bigger for posts to the front page.

I'm sorry if this is a really vague question, I am very new to Drupal and working on a site that has already been built by others, and am trying to work out how to get this working.

Using Omega + a sub theme. Also have Delta.

The main content area is 3 columns (sidebar first, content, sidebar second).

On a specific page I am trying to get the layout to be different from the standard three column layout. I want it to have the sidebar first column, then content and no sidebar second.
