Theme development

If u want new design of drupal icone, i désigned this, i can add various color / size if u need and if any assist me, making omega or another full thème based of this design.

I am just working with the responsive theme Magnetto. The fronpage consists of several blocks and views where graphics and text are integrated. One example is the 'Services section.' block with the code:

I've got two websites and one of them has drop down menus in the administration area and the other doesn't.

When I am in "Home » Administration » Structure » Content types » Article" on the second website the collapsible menu "CUSTOM DISPLAY SETTINGS" is black not blue and I can't click into it.

I'm just starting to use omega 4 for theming. I was wondering what is the workflow for omega theming when I have a production(server) and dev(local) drupal site. Like when new content panes or pages needs to be added and themed, how would I create/work/theme it in the production and dev?

I have been using Drupal for a while now and started to style a theme using the Zen Starter Kit however I am stuck at some design issues. If someone could give me feedback and what approach I should take it would be highly appreciated.

One which is off-topic is the Nivo Slider. How do I make it display thumbnails underneath? At the moment I have only got it to display the banner images, I am unsure how to approach this.
