when I call the one title in the "recent blog post" : MY RELATION TO THE GARSCHAGEN CLAN
everything seems ok with the layout.
but if I call the page troughout the link " more ..." all the page layout change a bit and the right siderbar did not mutch the conventionally structure of the Site.
How do I add a snippet at the end of my nodes that shows the statistics of how many times the node has been read?
(close to the "add comment" link)
I think it is part of the $links variable, but i'm rather new to theme development.
At the end of the node it should show "xxxx Reads" which is incremented every time the node is opened. (part of the statistics module as far as I understand)
I am using a PHPTemplate theme.
Does this change go in node.tpl.php?
Basiccly im working on a site for my father at the moment for his photography work and you can see what it currently looks like here - www.gerryboothman.com
What im trying to do is Develop or Edit a theme ( currently using gespaa theme ) to look simular to this website with the main block of the website on the right third of the screen. -> http://www.markdyerphotos.com/
I would like to take a few of my blocks and place the content in different parts of my site. For instance, I have a tag cloud and a photo cloud block that I would like to place in the header area. I would also like only the block content visible, not the block titles. Could someone please help?
My second post. Yahooo. this is a refinement of another post but I couldn't find a way to edit the other post.
I have the code below for a secondary nav. It works perfectly. I am just missing one important piece of information. See where it says "Need current page listed here"? I would like to display the name of the main nav item that this secondary nav is organized under. Is there a piece of PHP code that I can put in there to make that display? Thanks for looking at this.
Is there a low overhead location module? Robert Douglas in his book warns to only install the files you need for the location module since there are so many files.
What I'd like to do is to be able to cover the entire world but using only about 15 lines
so 5 categories for continents other than North America, and 10 categories for North America.
