Theme development

Hi

Does anyone know how I can theme a view that shows full nodes in a similar way to how the views wizard themes list views?

How do you go about creating a front page that is different with its inside pages? The front page will only be the one with a unique design then the rest of the inside pages will be the same. Any insights on the topic would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I'm working with the zen theme and having trouble with active primary tabs.

Say I create a forum and link a primary tab to it. when I click that tab, the user can tell that it is active because the "#primary a.active" style is applied. however, when I click any specific forum from among the listings, the tab is deactivated because the new referenced node is not the node pointed to by that tab.

likewise with books. the user clicks the "books root" tab and the tab looks active. but when the user clicks on "next page" in that book, the tab is deactivated.

Hi guys,

My secondary links look like crap in Internet Explorer with the Garland Theme. Promary links look fine however. They do not stay on the same line and break down to several lines. My site is www.1litre.com.

They look fine on Firefox and Safari. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
