how can i seperate $links ? like blog links, read more and others.
can anyone tell me ?

I'm wanting to implement the following:

During user registration there are 2 or 3 custom drop-down boxes that "classify" your tastes (which you could change at any time under account info>edit.

ex. Prefer Movies or Video Games, or TV, etc...
ex. Genre preferences.

The information supplied here would auto-customize the content that is shown you on the front page. For example is you prefer horror movies, all recent reviews or previews/trailer nodes that match up with your selections, would be shown under a custom preference panel on your frontpage.

I'm working on combining my right hand column into the main content column using panels and views. By this I mean moving the current recent content and recent blogs blocks away from the right hand column. When this is complete I'd like to totally remove the 3rd column all together. Is there an easy way to do this?

Alternatively, is there a way to remove the 3rd column for the front page only and have it return on every other page (so users always have access to the recents).

I'm adding this thread to aid in my work with the theme screenshots.
With the changes that have taken place in CVS, theme screenshots that were linked to in CVS were broken.
All image tags have been removed and all theme project pages have been turned back to filtered HTML.

This thread will be used for me to keep track of which themes I've added screenshots to. I will be taking the time to upload images and then tag them properly in the image area & add a link from the image back to the project page so users can obtain the theme.

I wanted to alter a cck input form so that only the fields that I added were displayed. As opposed to allowing the inclusion of the expandable fields. I found a great article on theming cck at http://drupal.org/node/98253. But for some reason, when I submit the form now, its not added to the database.

I've seen several sites (drupal.org, for example) where sticky nodes have extra theme features, like rounded corners, etc. I cannot get it with only one style class called ".sticky". I think I need to do that like if it were a new node type, doesn't it?
