Overview

We partnered with a pharmaceutical company managing a portfolio of consumer and prescription products across several regional markets. 

There was no existing site. Product content typically had to be forced into shared systems designed for broader portfolios. These setups grouped multiple products, teams and workflows into one place, which made updates slower, increased compliance risk and left no room for product-level control.

The Sherbrooke Health Expertise Center (CESS), owner of the MSI platform known as "Online Care Procedures (OCP)," is dedicated to enhancing the quality and accessibility of healthcare information. This digital platform serves as a vital tool for healthcare professionals who need quick access to reliable information to provide the best care possible. 

This is a private portal, only member organisations can see the authenticated portion of the portal. 

The Missouri Valley Family YMCA partnered with ITCare to redesign and optimize its outdated website and transition to a robust, scalable platform using Drupal and the Website Services distribution. The goal: to deliver a faster, mobile-first, and fully integrated user experience aligned with YMCA brand standards and modern digital expectations.
