well, it took my friend and I less than three days to get this up and running. Drupal is an awesome system and we plan on utilizing it in the near future for other projects.

Drupal spotting - Freedom Toaster

While surfing the web, I always find it encouraging to come across new Drupal sites. Today I found that the Shuttleworth Foundation (Ubuntu Linux) has chosed Drupal for their new "Freedom Toaster" project!

Has anyone else come across Drupal in interesting places??

ABCtales.com - Writers' Community

After 5 years and a recent disastrous experience with Zope, je vous presente:

http://www.abctales.com

>12,000 users
>35,000 stories
>200,000 forum posts

This site leans heavily on phptemplate, and a custom theme based initially on Blix. There are also 4 custom Drupal modules. I'm pretty happy with it :-)

Kill That Crazy Frog

As a test bed for development of the new aggregator2.module MobileBeat was set-up as a totally automated site. It's content is pulled in from bespoke RSS feeds i've written and keeps the website updated via cron and no intervention from myself.

The site is a gateway to the popular Jamster! mobile phone site, and works via affiliate links.

Contemporary Art

I just thought i'd drop this site in which is powered by Drupal but doesn't look like the usual drupal site.
http://www.biennial.com

It started off as a HTML based site design from a media company. I then took the design and converted it in to a php template.

The front page 4 blocks are the latest sticky nodes promoted to front page. They appear thanks to a custom module i knocked up. The horizontal blocks are actually the sidebar-right in the block list of drupal.

Playstation Fan site

We just created the first Playstation Fan site in Greece based on the marvelous Drupal :-)
Will start in full operation in September 1st, but i would like to have your comments about the theme.
