TenHotQuestions.Com launched!

Ten Hot Questions is a standard Drupal 4.6.3 installation looking for a distinctive theme. Our mission is to discover and catalog the answer to every burning question ever asked anywhere - one question at a time.

The site is entirely community-driven and makes use of Drupal standard install plus Moshe's excellent nmoderation contributed module to promote popular content to the front page.

Be fore-warned, the site uses the Bluemarine theme so expect no eye candy. All feedback - especially theme suggestions - are welcome and appreciated.

Drupal all the way on: www.hyundaisportsclub.com

Still got a bit of work to do on the header (move the search etc at the request of an acquaintence who helped me). ;)

But I would love to get your comments on the site so far before I push it live and start promoting it.

I have some custom code in place to show different images and pages depending on if you are Anon, logged in as a registered user, or logged in with your account upgraded to VIP (using the paypal integration).

Destination Bride - Wedding Resource Website Powered by Drupal

http://www.destinationbride.com

The owner's original dream for this website was to build a comprehensive resource directory for all major wedding destinations in the world; the completion of which was to coincide with the release of her new book on the topic.

She found herself frustrated by the time and complexity involved in expanding the current "static" website that had been developed for her. Editing the pages with Macromedia Contribute was not too difficult, but waiting (weeks) for "the other" web design company to add a page, then to sort through the inconsistent or incorrect menu links was really gumming up the works. Just to add a database-driven menu system - without any content management - was going to cost thousands.

In addition, much of the website was not spidered by the major search engines, and most of the pages that were found had no descriptions in the results. Many didn't even have titles! The website was not performing well in the search engines as a result.

I was able to provide a complete, content managed, SEO friendly website solution, powered by our friend Drupal, at a fraction of the cost of my competition. Here's how I did it:

Flexinode created the regional pages with data entry for area overview, climate, currency and other information. Eventually, flexinode will allow couples to maintain Personal Wedding Pages.

Menu on the Fly assisted in building the enormous resource navigation structure.

New Drupal-powered site: www.assignblame.com

My second (actually first but took longer to get launched) Drupal-powered site; this one is for a much broader segment than my first (www.ehalseymiles.com). Check out AssignBlame

http://www.webforumz.com/ - Drupal Update

I just relaunched my Web Design Community using drupal for the articles section....

What do you think?

Is there any way drupal can use phpbb's users table?

SpreadInternetExplorer

This is just funny.

After SpreadFirefox someone seems to find the idea very interesting and created its counterpart SpreadInternetExplorer. And they even used a slight modified SpreadFirefox-based template.
