http://www.varnelis.net, one of four sites that I'm maintaining, is now running on drupal 4.7b3. Thanks to everyone who has helped along the way.
I'm using a custom phptemplate theme for a semi-liquid layout. I didn't want my columns resizing like mad since there were images in them, so the whole thing floats around in a container. 800 x 600 isn't going to work, but the critical material is legible in 1024x768. The flickr block on the left is my own work, and you can find the code for it in another post on these forums.
Here's another ultra slim deployment of Drupal. It makes good use of nodelist, nodewords, aggregator, service links, and of course, the slickest theme out there: Chameleon.
Cheers to the power-programmers who are Drupal. May your contributions be noted forever.
Just a little site I whipped up for my very musically talented friend Guy Wilkins. Its pretty simple right now, but I would like to eventually do some more interesting things with it. Any feedback or suggestions would be much appreciated.
This is my first post to the drupal.org forums....
I have been moving back and forth between mambo, joomla, xoops, and drupal for my web projects over the past couple of years - but I have decided, that for me, drupal really fits the bill. drupal fits in closely with my coding skills and my time constraints - and seems to be somewhat more stable in development that other open source cms (in particular the mambo/joomla scene).
