footballclips.net

www.footballclips.net

Its mainly using combination of views, and themed to call on the latest posts from each category
Nothing special from some of the work seen here and I didnt really have a hand in much of the development
So thanks to everyone who helped make it, pretty happy with it, probably the best site I've ever had.

And yeah its probably a few years old drupal site, so there's thousands of clips available for Download, so
if your into it, check it out.

Gold Anti-Trust Action Committee

GATA required a website and email dispatch system that would simplify the process of releasing news articles on a daily basis to be posted on their site as well as emailed to their 4000 subscribers.

Drupal was the answer. Combining the Workflow, Action, and Notify modules, the email dispatch system is completely automated and seamless.

The drupal API's also made the migration of 4000 archived articles at Yahoo Groups a reasonable process.

TWiT.tv redesign goes live!

The new TWiT.tv has finally launched. Graphics by Arktyp and built by Lullabot, the new site is certainly a showcase that Drupal *can* be used to make beautiful sites. The site only uses a handful of modules, with a majority of it being just theming, CCK (for podcasts), and Views (for the episode guide).

Goofy theme is probably the most versatile I have worked with so far!

Hello Everyone,
About 2 weeks ago I had to move to another server for a number of reasons the primary one is more space and transfer needed.

Well to say the least it has forced the boy to look at all the Drupal themes that come standard and find the best ones that work with one, the tinyMCE module and two, Gallery2.

Well it boils down that I have found only one does this without any funny business with out being a super code wizard.

I am no php hound or css wizard and 8 months ago if someone ask me what either was I would of failed to answer correctly.

With the greatest bit of honesty I am pest, I post things on Drupal in the wrong place, I email folks when I am just to overwhelmed to realize I am looking at the answers right in front of me.

And for most of everyday I spend with Drupal learning about building sites completely by taking the themes
a part and rebuilding it one png at a time.

Now for my greatest effort without hacking at modules or doing any thing fancy besides rebuilding images I offer you a Goofy site which I am really proud of. Even though I have yet to apply the patch so you don't get that evil fatal error when you try to configure. The site runs!

Now Folks, Be Warned this site is an Erotic Adult Site, that is designed to sell high quality desktops downloads, you can send free ecards, plus buying canvas and archival prints which will be available in days!

BostonPizza.com

I didn't do this web site, but I just noticed that BostonPizza.com is using Drupal.

Official website: Baha'i Faith of the United States released in Drupal 4.7.2!!

Greetings,
I am a developer for the Office of Communications of the Baha'i National Center and have just launched the new official public website for the Baha'i Faith in the United States using Drupal! at: http://www.bahai.us

This site was previously run on Joomla and has been hand migrated and rebuilt from the ground up in Drupal 4.7.2.

The site has multiple content contributors and offers:

  • Official web presence, links, news, and information on the Baha'i Faith in the United States
  • Search Engine Optimized (SEO) custom template and content grabbing top spots in Yahoo and Google searching: baha'i faith or baha'i or bahai faith
  • U.S. Baha'i News which has been accepted and aggregated by Google News and Yahoo News.
  • Podcasting interviews with individual Baha'is and thier stories
  • Will shortly be adding streaming flash video through Akamai network (This will be very cool)
  • Running on dedicated/managed servers with Rackspace
  • Custom template with a strong focus on validation (yep we got it validating XHTML 1.0 Transitional: Hurray Drupal!) and cross browser support which includes:
    • Windows PC : Firefox, IE 6.0, Netscape, Opera, Flock
    • Macintosh: Firefox, Safari, Netscape, Flock
  • Modules include: Core Modules and TinyMCE, page_title, taxonomy_context (We have tried to make everything happen through the core where possible to see what Drupal could do out of the box. We were pleasantly surprised at how powerful it is. In Joomla we hacked away at the core many times to make something happen but can honestly say we have not touched the core in Drupal and needed very few extra modules to meet out initial goals! Hurray for Drupal! )
