FreeAfter.com goes live with Drupal

I recently helped launch FreeAfter.com, a deals resource, on Drupal. The site uses the views, flexinode, karma, userpoints, taxonomy, and janode modules (to name only a few that we used.) The site makes extensive use of customized taxonomy displays within flexinodes as well as an integration between the flexinode and janode modules, and an integration between the user points and karma module. I also used a nodequeue to create a "Featured Deals" block, and repurposed the archive module for a "Deal Expiration Calendar."

Coghead.com uses drupal

Coghead: http://www.coghead.com/

Came accross Coghead through this review on techcrunch:

I haven't checked out the interface yet, but their homepage and blog are drupal.

alexacharts.com

I still have not finished the ajax tool yet, but I have noticed that alexaholic has been down for over a week now. Anyone know why alexaholic.com is down?

I would like to add the javascript or ajax tool to the chart to make the switching of the timeframe and the rank.range.reach easier to navigate. any opinions?

Sportbusiness.com using Drupal!

Well its been almost 6 weeks since we moved www.sportbusiness.com from an old and dying Oracle/Solaris system onto Drupal. The old system was pretty poor. We send out a daily "newsline" (summary of today's sport news) and it almost always took the site out. Moving it across to drupal had its fair share of issues - but went pretty well with hindsight. I personally learned a lot and it also lead to the birth of Global Redirect amongst some other custom modules. The site is flourishing now!

On release, our stats package showed the site getting around 1,000 unique visitors a day. As of this week, we seem to have comfortably broken the 6,000 a day boundry.
