I'm a little nervous posting this. There are so many excellent sites that I don't really feel worth! Still, perhaps a newbie can get some ideas about what can be done in Drupal and I would love to hear any suggestions.
We have designed our first website using Drupal and would like to hear some constructive feedback from the Drupal regulars & experts. Our site is a blend of Drupal and Cubecart. We are particularly pleased with the ease of using both of these as they have allowed us to hack away in order to give us the site we needed.
Cubecart runs the shopping cart side of things and having got HSBC processing working seamlessly along with a couple of mods I think it does an excellent job of providing shopping cart facilities.
I am pleased to announce that in October of 2006 we migrated a well known movie, TV, and comic book news site, Ain't It Cool News (http://www.aintitcool.com/) to Drupal. We were able to preserve Ain't It Cool News's previous look and feel with almost no changes. We dropped in our own search technology operated via a web service.
