HandHealth.com - Drupal Ecommerce Site

After about 6 months of part-time development, www.handhealth.com just went live.

I chose Drupal first of all from word of mouth, the client was also interested in selling downloadable video files, and I had read that Drupal Ecommerce supported this right out of the box. When doing initial testing of platforms, I had found that every time I reached a sticking point in Drupal, the answers to my questions were 9 times out of 10 readily available on this community site. From a development standpoint, it was very easy to mod the code to fit the clients needs, even though I had somehow managed to stay away from php up until this point.

I'm running Drupal e-commerce as a shopping cart and am also using the Authorize.net module for credit card processing, Flexicharge and Region for shipping calculations, EC Views with Bonus: Grid View for product listing pages, Image Attach and Subproduct to create the product nodes themselves, and clean-urls for SEO reasons.

The Headline Sponge

This is my first attempt at a Newsportal/Advocacy site, It is built on drupal 5.x and uses the democracy forum in extension to the basic forum, as well as the webcomic module for aspiring political cartoonists and anyone else with a cartoonish flare. (I'm toying with the idea of spinning this off to a seperate indy comic type site for freelance artists. But it's on the Sponge for now. Also featured syndicated video newsfeed from around the Country and the world.

Studio Lampion's new website

We've switched from Wordpress to Drupal for our website relaunch. It went pretty well and we're very happy with the new CMS and its flexibility.

Westki.info, Belarus-Lithuanian online newspaper, uses Drupal

Hello fellow Drupallers!

I am the creator of www.Westki.info, an internet nonprofit community-supported newspaper for northwestern Belarus and Vilnius region of Lithuania. We have chosen Drupal as a platform to grow our project. Other CMSs we considered included Joomla, Campsite, and Wordpress, but none of them met our requirements. Drupal really stands out as a solid platform for online media, and we are glad to be its key supporters and promoters in the region.

Where does the files uploaded functionality using webform editor get stored

Am creating forms using webform editor, i was trying for file component that is uploading files. Once i upload any file it is not seen in the site files/webform/ directory. I didnt specify any subdirectories name in the "upload directory" which default should store in files/webform, but this is not happening.

Thanks!
