Well, at last. After four month of hard work we've finally released the new social networking community Maria Nova. The site is at this time only available in Swedish.
Our goal where to build the site using latest Drupal 5 without changing the core (which in the end was necessary). We’ve have used the template engine and added some own modules, but in the end it feels like the most time was spent tweaking existing modules and hooking heavily into hook_nodeapi(), hook_user() and hook_form_alter().
I'm currently reworking the site of my rock covers band.
Using the usual modules needed for an image gallery with cck & views, plus guestbook & captcha.
For the theme, I started out with Zen, but pretty much only kept the php parts.
It's still in development, but any feedback or tips are welcome!
I created a brand new Drupal site, this website is about Flash, ActionScript and Flex. I hope be writting articles about PHP, JavaScript, CSS and Drupal (of course).
<shameless plug>I run a small web design business, http://lucid.com.au</shameless plug>. I did a revamp of the website for he Melton South Community Centre in Melbourne, Australia. The original site was done as a project using one of the those free web services and was rather tired and unloved once the project finished. Drupal came to the rescue.
I just wanted to show off my drupal site, www.mercworks.org. You may remember a few months ago I showed it, but this is a complete overhaul so I wanted some updated opinions.
I designed each theme there, and coded the default theme completely from scratch. Others I based off of that same code. The default theme is 100% valid XHTML 1.0 and CSS. My second favorite is the Newspaper theme so don't miss it :).
