I made this site last night and I consider it the only one I did "closest to being done" so far so I invite the other drupalers here to come take a look at it. Also I am extremely new to drupal so any suggestions, criticism or kudos would definitely be appreciated :)
This is a wholesale business website that also uses Ubercart for orders. Nothing too complicated and just used of the shelf modules and custom templates.

We just launched our first Drupal website for the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada (http://asiapacific.ca). The foundation was looking to move from a very old Coldfusion setup that required IT staff to manage to a system that their in house staff could largely handle. We chose Drupal as our platform and helped them move over a several thousand documents of various types from their old site to their new one.
Can someone offer me some advice on my new site. At the moment the videos on there are for testing purposes only, so their subject matter is irrelevent to the website's. I have added an adsense ad to the right sidebar and the targeting doesn't seem very good. The main CSS file for the site is very big, so I know I need to go through that and tidy it up big time. Also, I haven't enabled caching or anything like that so it's quite slow at the moment. I welcome anyone's comments on how I could improve it. Thanks.
