Drupal is up and running but how do I ...?

How do I edit the q=node page

Right after install the home page has some useful notes of what to do next. Now that I have done that, how do I edit it to contain useful content.

No Name for User -Created Blocks

The blocks module allows me to create one block, but it shows up in the list with the name blank. The block is usable and displays on the page. But I cannot create a second block since it duplicates the first in the "title" field. Deleting the block and starting over doesn't help.

Date override problem (post = yesterday @ 23:00)

Running 4.4 final. Creating a story.

The current date/time is reflected accurately (2004-04-05 08:41 -0500) in Drupal.

If I override the date/time with an older date, (i.e. 2004-03-02 for backdating news articles), it works fine.

If I override the date/time with 0 hour today by entering only today's date (i.e. deleting the time, which leaves only 2004-04-05), I get the following date/time error:

Sun, 04/04/2004 - 23:00

No matter how many times I try to administer the stories and reset the date, it keeps reverting to 23:00 last night.

Unable to configure individual modules

I am running drupal 4.3.2. I have installed the article module. At Home » administer » configuration, I am advised to: on the left hand side click on the name of the module for their individual configurations.

Clicking on the name of the module does not provide a further configuration screen for that module. Why am I unable to configure the articles module? In fact, NONE of the modules will allow for individual configuration.
