Replace portion of node title w/ logo based on text

I preface all my articles (displayed nodes) with the name of the source (i.e. "Economist: Article A" or "New York Times: Article B"). I would like to do a simple preg_replace limited to the the title field only when the node is viewed. Something like preg_replace( "'^New York Times: '", "Only local images are allowed. ", $input);

php in block

Hello,

I just can understand how can I use this php blocks. For example I want to make a [banner.module] block. Then I paste the code provided in block's readme:

?php echo banner_display(0); ?

or

$output .= banner_display(0);

and nothing happens. What is the point?

Inserting PHP/HTML mixture into a node

I am trying to add a contact form to my site. The application I wish to use can be found at http://jimsun.linxnet.com/scform.html and fits my needs. The application uses a php file that I would like to have contained in a static page node. The page is a mix of html and php and when I try add a static page of PHP type and view it I get:

Display "new" comments tag using Chameleon

Hi,

I'm using the chameleon theme with Drupal 4.4.0.

I'd like to incorporate the red "new" tag which appears in the corner of new comment boxes under the xtemplate theme?

Is this possible? If so, how might I go about doing it? :)

TIA

Blocked users aren't blocked in 4.4

I have blocked someone who was violating the forum rules on my site however he is still able to log into his account and post. I know that earlier versions definately blocks users and doesn't allow them to even login. However person seems to have full access.
