Post installation

Neophyte Drupal user: I'm trying to establish permissions that allow registered users to submit to the submission queue only, not to publish on the front page. Sounds simple but I can't figure it out.

I want to have a link to the weblink section (module) in my top-navigationbar and/or side-navigationbar: how do i do that? There doesn't seem to be a option for that...

Drupal Doesn't display the Htmlarea toolbox after upgrading from 4.4.0 RC to the release version. I have installed and removed the module several times, also removed it from the MySQL database, but it dosen't help. In administration section no errors are reported or seen.
But the toolbox is also never seen :D

Could anybody suggest something?

I have recently gotten Drupal to work on my laptop, using the Zend Interactive Development Environment (with debugger), and Microsoft's IIS server. I'm working in this way because the Zend debugger requires a host-based debugging routine that my shared hoster will not load for me, but since I've headed down this path, I also can do development while I'm at my daughter's soccer game :)

How do I get threaded forums (like on the drupal main site)? The forum information in the handbook doesn't cover nesting, and when I've messed around with it, I got the darker bars to show up but they were seperate from the acual forums. So my question is - How do I create a nested form, given I already have some forums working? Optionally, I can start from scratch.
