Post installation

What do I write (and where) in the template (xtemplate+Gworks) for displaying banners? I tried everything but the right thing ;)
I read README and INSTALL files but with no luck.

Today I have tried this for the 3rd time, and still fail.

If anybody knows how to put content of favorite.xml file from http://blo.gs into a drupal block, in similar fashion to http://philringnalda.com/phpblogroll/ I would be most grateful!

If I make a html block and include the blogroll.php file, the content appears before my html opening tag.

ok, I managed to setup a complete drupal site, with various modules, but when I go to forums I get "No forums defined" and I have setup in taxonomy the words and type forum topic.

Any help?

I'm having problems with various modules recognizing the correct date and time. After setting the correct date and time in the configuration, all submissions show the currect time and date. However, the calender seems to be a few hours behind, as it takes it awhile to update to the current day. In addition, the remindme module is always late. I'm using a couple of other time-related modules that I suspect won't work properly either, but I've yet to try them.

I tried out the style module and didn't want it and now I am having trouble getting rid of it. I have uninstalled the module and stuff but I still have a menu option available to users. It now lwads to a blank page. It is also still in the Admin/config screen. I have unchecked it there butit's still there and the menu still shows up.

Any idea how I get rid of it. If it matters I am using the interlaced theme.

I want to know if it's possible to have a block that will be seen by non registered users (guests) and not be seen by register users. My site is all password protected and it would be nice to have it so that on the front page there is a block telling guests that they need to register to gain access. But, of course, registered users don't need to see that. So is there any way to do this?

The same is true for new users. I would be nice to have a block that gave them some basic details (like where to find help) but that didn't show after they had accessed it.
