Drupal is up and running but how do I ...?

TinyMCE w/ "Full HTML" is escaping all the tags -- why?

I have TinyMCE installed. I have set the site default to use "Full HTML" and I went to admin -> input formats and disabled the "convert line breaks to br tags" filter. That should mean that TinyMCE has free reign to input any tag, right?

Because I tried adding content, and all the tags are showing up on the page. Every tag got escaped.

What did I miss? Is it a config setting somewhere?

When to use Block or Module?

Hi,

I'm new to drupal and I'm trying to build a site that for now will have simple pages. I want to hava a page that will have list of options. Once the option is selected the next page will display content regarding selected options.
Basically, the question is if simple interactive pages shoud be done using the block (or Node) or I should created a new Module.
I'm a bit confused.

Any help is greatly appreciated,
Leszek

How can I integrate mantis bug tracker and drupal?

Is it possible to integrate these products? When I say "integrate" I mean the common
login/password combination for the user registered at drupal and mantis on the same site. I want to hide from the user that mantis and drupal are different systems.

Survey module - possible to get 'Thank you' without loging in?

Even when I omit a URL for the 'Thanks you' page, and use the default 'Thank you for your submission', we still have to login. If we don't we get 'Access denied'.

Can we get a thank you note without logging in?

Thanks

Paul

vocabulary_node module to add a page to a vocabulary

Here is a module to display a node for a vocabulary. It adds on to taxonomy_menu and with one slight change could be independent of taxonomy_menu.

The details are at

How do I...

say "thank you" to everyone on the forums?

My first drupal-enabled site went live this afternoon. I still have hair! :) I realize none of you knew I was picking your brains throughout this process, but that does not change the fact that my success is due, in large part, to all of you.

I still have an ungodly amount of static HTML content which needs to be cut/paste into the new site. I look forward into being more active in the forums once I come up for air. Until then: Thank you all very much for your help on the journey.
