Post installation

I'm getting numerous spam in Feedback from my Drupal site www.mightyzero.com. E.g.

I'm sure this is me doing something stupid.

I'm trying to setup some basic menus to link to static pages.
So I've got 3 top level menus "for home" "for work "for study"
under each of those I have 2 or 3 sub menus. Now under all of them, I want a link called "contact"
which points back to the same static page.

This seems to work but when you click on the link to take you to contact, it seems to move your
selection to the "contact" link under "for home"

Sorry I have two different questions here while I am setting up my site:

1. How to allow my users to "Save as draft" when they edit new nodes? Perhaps one may suggest to let them choose not "published" in the checkbox area in the edit page, but I don't want to do this otherwise they will have to much choices to tick on other boxes like "sticky on top". Are there any methods so that I can do the equivalent?

How can I let my users that are without "Adminisiter nodes" privilage to view a list of their own nodes, so that they can update their nodes conveniently?

How would I have to recode this

We are planning to develop a POS (Point of Sale) system using Drupal. To coordinate the project we aim at establishing a secure Drupal based website where the project is discussed and developed. Has anybody done such a project development site and is this a showcase I can visit?

sorry if it has been asked before but I looked through a few pages and did not notice it.

I have recently started using Drupal and I am impressed by its architecture. Nevertheless there are two things I would like to do and cannot find :

- how do I create thumbnails for navigation of the main themes (ie in Drupal.org : Support, Downloads, Handbooks,...) ? in addition to the more classical menu (on left or right).
