I've been trying to use the localization module to customize my tags. I've gotten some of them to change, but not others.
I want to chage "story" to "Essay." I did a search for story, and it came up with 1 tag that was only story. I added Essay translation to the customized tags translation, and set that to the default translation. Unfortunately, I don't see it saying "Essay" anywhere. The key place I would like it to chage is in the create content menu.
i just build a block. the block contains the last 10 articles with the title and teaser. but sometimes it happens that i use html code in the first sentences. for example the tag. the image will also shown in the block. but in the block i just need the text of the teaser no html code. is there a php function that removes the code or just reads the text?
What is the best way to categories a site. What I am wanting to do is. My primary navigation are tabs and each tab is a section of the site, and I want the active tab to be active for that section and breadcrumbs display the hierarchy of the section. So if you are three page deep in the section the tab is still active.
This is where taxonomy should come in but I am just not able to get it to work.
E.G. using DMOZ
Primary section (ACTIVE TAB) = Internet
Sub section = Web Design and Development
Current page = Web Usability
I am working on a site where I want people to be able to download file for free, but have to enter a valid email address. I have used COD as a delivery method and set all prices to $0 so that all works fine.
BUT I would like to bypass the address functionality - a name and email are enough for me (this is for a screenwriting script sharing site). You can see the fledgling site here: http://baxterandfriends.co.uk/scriptmagnet/
I'm looking for a way to achieve clean url's under IIS, I've had a look through most of the site but haven't managed to find anything about how it can be done.
Is this possible and has anyone managed to get it working?
