Post installation

Is there a way in Drupal for a user to select different options on a product and have that products price change accordingly? For example, if I'm selling a computer from a drupal store, I want the user to be able to select different options like more or less ram, various peripherals, different configurations for hard drive space, etc... and have the final price reflect that.

hi. i am running drupal 4.6.3 on a large site (http://bfi.org). ( will upgrade to 4.6.4 soon...) i have noticed that some articles contain words that search doesn't index. for example this posting (http://bfi.org/node/657) contains the word 'aquapod' about 7 times and yet when I try to search our site for 'aquapod' i get no results...

Any help would be appreciated !!!

Hi everyone. I'm trying to maintain login state and have completely secure pages when switching from HTTP to HTTPS. I have two base URLs which point at the same directories. I've tried the following snippet:

When attempting to add a new block with addsense php i get the following error. I did several searches before posting this and I couldn't find any suggestions that worked. I tried adding the block in IE and Firefox and I eliminated any extra carriage returns. I also made sure I was using a unique block title.

I'm working on a web-page and I want to show a file. Here's the problem I'm having if I upload it to a directory say /movie/file.swf and try to point the browser there I am instead shown a drupal 404 error page.

What setting in either .htaccess or in an .inc maybe do I need to change to allow this to happen.

I'm creating a community site. I want to offer my visitors as much as possible. Specifically, how would I implement a system so that when someone creates an account, they get their own customizable page at http://example.com/username? I would also want people to be able to customize this pages layout, style, background image, etc.
