Drupal is up and running but how do I ...?

How can I give the blog nodes their own DIV?

On a users blog page (www.website.com/blog/username) the blog entries print as nodes, 10 on a page. To customize the look of this page, I was changing the CSS for NODES (not just blogs). This method then affects all content on the site with a node class which is not what I want.

I'd like to know a way to classify the nodes on the blog page with DIVS and CLASSES so I can change their appearance with my style.css file, independent from all node output.

Thanks!

taxonomy for only one container of the forum

Here's a tough one, maybe someone can help me solve. My forum is set up something like:

General Discussion
--general
--equipment & gear

Classifieds
--equipment
--accessories
--public notices

user pictures in posts/comments...how do I get this to work?

I've checked the two check boxes in themes - configure that say "user pictures in posts" and "user pictures in comments" but the pictures don't come up. Is there anything I'm missing? I have enabled pictures in the users - configure page.

Block as a lynk...

Hi friends,
Please could you tell me how can I make a block in a lynk to a personal page. The idea is set a lynk (block) in a left side of my webpage to connect it to a personal page. How can I do this???
Note: I am using Drupal-4.6.3

Thank you very much

Is there a way to change the default name of blogs? And another question about linking

I have a blogsystem set up on my Drupal site. The blogs work great by the way.

The only two questions I have:

1) Is there a way to change the default name of the blogs? For example, right now it says "Wagedomain's blog", but in-site they are not considered blogs but rather portfolios. I think it would be much better to say "Wagedomain's portfolio" by default for any new user.

Are co-authored blogs possible?

I'm in the creating a website for a large group of users, some of whom will be member of different groups.

Ideally, rather than each user have their ownblog, I would like to let a number of users co-author a blog for their own group.

What would be the best way about doing this?

I'm considering implementing this via Taxonomy somehow, but not quite sure where to start.

Any thoughts?

Alan
