Post installation

Hi,

I'm using 4.6 and I have a custom block which I want to hide on the front page and on all tag pages (/tags/*). I tried the solution in the help:

<front>
tags/*

and that yelded a preg_match error. Then I searched the forum and got some threads which gave some examples. I tried:

<^(|index\.php)$>
<^(tags)>

but that didn't work either.

Any help will be apreciated.

How do I create a menu which has a custom icon for each menu item? So:
-icon of house- Home
-icon of mail letter- Email
-icon of newspaper- News
etc.

Is this possible?

i have downloaded the blog module and installed it in my site .But now iwanted to add new textfields into the form "add/blogs".If icreate acatagory it will show a select box not a textfield .
so if anybody has done it before kindly help

As I continue to appreciate all the new goodies asscociated with the 4.7 series, I also realize how much work lies ahead in updating all the 4.6 series stuff that worked oh so perfectly.

My latest task is the upgrade of the skype php snippet. Easy I thought. It's a php snippet, what's to upgrade. WRONG! This snippet only works with the php template, which in the 4.7 series is native. Yet, when I insert the snippet into my 'user_profile.tpl.php', I get this:

I'm brand new drupal user. I'm changing my old postnuke site about music to drupal.
I have some questions about it.
How to organize structure of site like this:

www.domain.com/artistx (how to do rewrite on artist link?) - biography + gallery + links to:
- all news about artistx
- all downloads (or links) of artistx
- all reviews artistx's albums
- all profiles, who likes artistx

How can I clear my log files?. I made it to keep one day but It still there even after one day. Pls help me....
