Profile module - scaling picture

Hi there!

I have question about PROFILE MODULE.

How to scale the user's picture in profiles list (in this table where we could see user's picture, name etc.). In user's site picture need to be on 100% (100x100 px). On profile 50% (50x50px)

Thanks!

Article Title-based URLs?

I have been browsing around Drupal websites and it seems pretty common to have URLs that have the article titles in them. I am sure it is really obvious, but I looked through most of the options and modules, but can't find how to enable this. Example:

An article called; "An Introduction to AJAX"
URL: "http://example.com/an_introduction_to_ajax" vs. "http://example.com/24"

Example straight from the top of site showcase:

newbie recipe question

I have seen many nice drupal pages have a main recipe page that outlines the recipes by type (such as http://www.simplypets.com/pet-recipes/, or http://eatsaltfree.com/), but I seem unable to reproduce this. I have created a category in taxonomy called "recipe type", and populated it, and associated my recipes with it, but the main recipes page still just lists them.

I am still adjusting to the idea of taxonomy as well, thanks.

Using Drupal for Wikipedia-style article management?

We would like to make a User Guide open to creation by site members. Drupal has a collaborative "book page" setup, but is "reversion" to an earlier version possible (as with Wikipedia and presumably other wiki setups)?

I looked at a couple of the Drupal modules that mention the term "wiki", but they give the impression that they are text filters rather than content management.
