Drupal is up and running but how do I ...?

Theming a flexinode WITH "Event" module information

Hi everyone. Searched for this but couldn't find it. Hope I'm not repeating the question. Anyways, here's what I'm trying to do. I'm custom theming a flexinode, made the node-flexinode-3.tpl.php file, put it in the theme directory, and included the appropriate print $node->flexinode_6 lines. Everything works, except for one thing: I'm making a custom flexinode for the Event module. The event module itself adds custom fields (date/time) which it uses to organize the event.

session ids appearing in links but not urls

I'm using a civic space installation of drupal.

I've been trying to find info on session ids in drupal/civic space and haven't gotten anywhere in my searches so I was hoping someone could help me. Google claims to not index pages that require session id's - it looks to me that civic space requires session ids even if clean urls is on and functioning. When I clear the cookies in my browser I get links that have PHPSESSID=ow3r29u... in them. It seems that google will not index these pages and as far as I can tell google is only indexing my first page - any thoughts or advice.

Moving Drupal to a New Hosted Server

I'm in the process of switching web hosting accounts and I need to move drupal to the new server. I've read some of the posts about migrating to another server and the closest thing to step-by-step instructions for this kind of move is this (posted by sepeck):

a mysqldump and then a restore to the new database, create and acocunt and password and give it appropriate rights. Copy the files over and edit the settings.php dburl and sitename as appropritae should work just fine. I have done a number of these types of moves to and from a variety of different systems.

It seems somewhat straightforward but I have a couple questions:

1) Where he says "create and account and password" is he referring to sql or drupal? I would assume the drupal accounts and password would be included when copying the files over. I have created the appropriate sql username and password.

2) I can see what to edit in settings.php but the sql password in this file is encrypted. Will it work if I enter the new password in plain text and is there a security risk in doing so?

3) My main concern has to do with the domain name. I'm moving the domain name to the new hosting account but I want to get drupal up and running before I actually transfer the name. The current domain name is foolcrow.com but the new temporary server name will be something like newhost.com/~foolcrow/. Does this information need to be updated anywhere besides settings.php and will I run into any problems after finally transferring the domain?

Mailhandler ignores attached images

I've been searching all over this website, but can't find the answer to my question. (maybe i'm blond or it's just because i'm female...sorry)

I've installed mailhandler module and it is working fine. But now i am trying to have mailhandler process the attached images to the emails. I don't get any error messages but mailhandler just ignores the attached images. The post appears as new blog, but without the image.

Is there a simple solution for this or do i have to hack the code (which i'm not very good at)?

getting "www" to keep users logged in

If anyone could answer this I'd really appreciate it. I've been trying to track the issue for months and still not been able to figure out what is keeping a user from being able to log in to my site from "http://www.domainexample.com".

Right now people can only login and remain logged in by entering "http://domainexample.com". If they put the "www" in there they're not seen as logged in. It's a 'small' problem, but a really annoying one, too...

Banner Module questions

I am trying to put a banner on my drupal site, but after following all steps described in the INSTALL file when I go to administer -> settings -> banner...I get a blank page....is there anything I'm doing wrong?

thanks for the advise
