Post installation

Ok now, this :

I love the way menus work with the "nice menus" module.

But, is there any way I could use the same king of menus for, say my own books? For example, It would great if I could have drop-down menus for the chapters, and sub-chapters.

I am using Drupal 4.6.5, and goofy theme.

Is there a way using which I can provide the registered users on my website to have their own photo albums that if they want can share with other people or keep them private for themselves only.
If there is way to do it then please let me know.

I want to know how can I stop the registered users to choose there own themes and there should be only one theme for everyone on the website that is been choosen by the admin

I would like to create a menu link that takes the currently logged in user inside their own edit pages.

so the path would look like
user/{currentlyloggedinuser}/edit

What strategy could I use to accomplish this goal of linking a user inside their own edit page?
