Drupal is up and running but how do I ...?

Most downloaded Drupal modules

Hi,

I am trying to wade my way through the vast landscape of Drupal modules.

Is there any categorized listing of modules by area (eg. forums, galleries, private messaging, download managers, links managers, article managers, static Html managers, etc....)?

Is it possible to find a sorted listing of modules by "most downloaded" (ie. last week, last month, last 3 months)? (that would probably give some indication of the usefulness of a particular module)

Thanks very much.

Setup forum permissions

For example, only allow certain roles to see/post in forums.

Any help would be great.

add a new album with Acidfree?

Hi, I have installed Drupal and have added the filemanger & acidfree modules so that I can have images on my site.

Now when I go to add new content of type AcidFree Media I only have 3 choices.
1. Photo
2. Video
3. Mass Import

Now im thinking that there should be some way of adding albums here. but how?

Any help much appreciated.

Cheers,

Mike

Pathauto flaw - When editing nodes, node type and/or taxonomy missing

This link describes customising the full page layout and sections based on path and taxonomy terms
http://drupal.org/node/46027

When you ADD a node, the url looks like this:

http://www.domain.com/node/add/flexinode-11

When you VIEW the node, the url looks like this:

http://www.domain.com/links/website/28 (i'm using [vocab/[cat]/[nid] in pathauto)

Taxonomy "Unselectable" Parents

We have a Taxonomy that looks like this:

London
- Venue A
- Venue B

Birmingham
- Venue C

When submitting an event, I would like the users to be able to select only the venues and not the parents (Brighton and London)

Any ideas?

Thanks

user error: Table '....node' doesn't exist

Hey everyone,

My site has been working fine, except suddenly when you click on a link to view anything that has to do with blogs - you get a fatal error.

Here is the error:

Any ideas about correcting this?
