Post installation

I have a busy site with Drupal 4.6.5, Apache + eAccelerator. Unfortunately Apache segfaults quite often, but random. Only restart helps. Does anyone else experience this?

Hi all, I've been having this problem that I would probably describe as.. wierd. I use path and pathauto to generate url aliasing for my content based on the taxonomy category that I created for the site. The problem is that path works very well for the first level taxanomy, but not those that are heirachied. For example, in my site I have

When a role is not allowed to create content, the 'content' menu item doesn't make sense.

Is there a way to hide a menu item for some roles ?

I would like to have generated on the front page a list of the forum categories that are in the system ... where is that information found? Surely there must be a way to find this out?

acidfree module require mplayer to thumbailzed video and exiftran and jepgtran for images traitement.

Does somenone knows about this how to find those and how to install it ? What exactly are those (php add on or else ?)
