I recall reading somewhere that there has been changes in the way the base url functions, but can't find that mail now, and I am wondering what I can do about that, as my themes don't seem to pick up correctly on my graphics.
I have searched the forums, for "base url" and got hundreds of items, and not one that looks recent enough to give me the information I need.
Is there a short version what I need to do to come around this issue?
Got an odd problem whereby I've created a page called admin and given it a path alias of admin. But I then get more and more instances of admin appearing in my menu example. They all point to the one page but the list of them just gets longer!!!
My guess is it's something to do with the page being called admin and it getting confused with the adminsiter section. But we could really do with having an admin page as it describes one of our teams.
I'm Creating a site for my mother, and she doesn't know english at all.
Now the problam is, that ofcourse, the URL's of the pages need to be in english letters, right?
So, I thought of using "taxononomy aliasing" using the Path module.
But then I get another problam. Now, when I use Pathauto, I can't use "[catpath]" and I must use "[catalias]" wich doesn't show the full path of the taxonomy.
So:
how can I get the full path of the taxonomy, but using the aliases?
I just finished installing Drupal 4.7 Beta-5 (Apache 2, MySQL 4.1, PHP 5.1) and everything works fine. But when i create content it doesn't show. I keep on getting the screen that appears when you first install (the one that says that it will go when you create your first content) and even entering as user 1 doesn't help. I went to access control and gave everybody all privileges and i still can't see any content. What did i do wrong?
No I'm getting absolutely despaired about gallery and Gallery2.
I have had trouble with permissions from Drupal see this thread http://drupal.org/node/51315
but after deleting a testuser from Gallery2 (a user that was created within Gallery2) I have no longer even rights to look at my pictures when I am logged in to Drupal.
An anonymous guest can however still see them.
In Gallery2 itself everything works like a charm.
Hi folks,
Can anybody tell me how to block a ip address from accessing my drupal site ( i was unable to find any tool for that in admin )? I would also like to know that is there any way to identify MAC address in drupal?
