How do I create another admin user?

Hello, I'm new to drupal and was wondering how to create another admin user? There are two webmasters, me and my friend. How do I set him up as an admin? Thanks.

Page editable by a group of users

I need to provide the means for groups of students to build a web page for their class projects within the class website. The problem is that I cannot find any type of content that may be editable by anybody else than the one who created it. If it can be editable by all registered users it's good enough though it would be better if I could define a group to have permisions to edit certain content. Thanks for any help.

Get a flexinode image based on a node (SQL problem)

I'm trying to create a little ajax based image slideshow block (probably over ambitious given my php and javascript skills, but hey, gotta start somewhere). I have created a flexinode which has a title field and an image field.

The idea is that users can upload a number of images using the flexinode type and the images will then be extracted from the database and inserted into the javascript. But, I can't seem to get the images to show up.

here's my php, so far:

Views - Table doesn't exist

Drupal version: Drupal 4.7 RC (CVS)
PHP version = 4.4.2 cgi
Webserver = Apache/1.3.33 (Unix) DAV/1.0.3 mod_fastcgi/2.4.2 mod_gzip/1.3.26.1a PHP/4.4.2 mod_ssl/2.8.22 OpenSSL/0.9.7e
Database = mysql 5.0.18-standard-log, lock.system=flock
Operating system = Linux

Forgive me if this is a common question, but I turned up nothing in my searches. Also sorry for the double-post over in the bugs area (still green to drupal).

I downloaded views-4.7 and activated the module fine. But bringing up the administer » views page generates this:
