Post installation

I have set up mailhandler to pull emails from a mailbox and post them as forum topics. It works fine.

Trouble is, if I manually post a forum topic on the forum, mailhandler tries to send it out by email. Doesn't get far as there is nothing in "Second email address", The e-mail address to which modules should send generated content. But it bounces it back to the administrator as underliverable email.

Presumably there's some setting to control this? What should I do differently?

I am using the CivicSpace package of Drupal, and am having problem with disconnects from the MYSQL server.

This problem started as an apparently random occurence; it's now happening every time I attempt to change my Module settings.

I get this error:

!!! I am a new to PHP, MySQL and Drupal !!!

Someone please explain simply as possible how I can reconnect. I keep getting this message:

“Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server”

I’ve read that I need to change something in the MySQL query, but I don’t know what that is or how to access it. Is that “Terminal”?

Recently a few of my users have changed their screen names. At first I thought they created new accounts, but then I realized they they just went into "edit" and could change their name.

I don't know if I like the idea of people being able to change their own names. I'm not sure why I like it, but I don't.

Does this provide a problem for anyone else? Is there an easy way to disable this?

I just noticed my search function isn't working in an RC1 install. Everything else appears to be working fine.

There are two issues - when I perform a search, the log shows:

Table 'mysite_com.temp_search_sids' doesn't exist query: SELECT MAX(relevance) FROM temp_search_sids in /home/virtual/my_site.com/webroot/htdocs/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 120.

I also notice that the site is not indexing on a cron run, nor will it index properly if I hit the button to reindex manually. Still shows 22 items left to index.
