Drupal is up and running but how do I ...?

Administering comments, comments on nodes

Hello,

(Sorry for the weird title -- I couldn't think of a succinct way to phrase the problem.)

It's pretty simple really, but I'm at a loss. I'm trying to enable other users (besides me, user 1) to administer comments. I've created a new role with that permission and added those users to that role.

They do indeed have access and can administer comments as needed from admin/comments.

How can I have more than three (3) nodes in Taxonomy summary?

I've tried to find where the setting is for the default three articles when you go to a taxonomy/term/id page but I can't seem to find it. I'm wanting more like 10 articles listed before paging begins for taxonomy term summaries...where can I change this setting and is there any way to make it friendly for future updates?
Thanks!
~Joshua

Apologies if this is covered in another thread, but I couldn't even think of the keywords to put into the search.

Basically I want:

Category Module Issue

Not sure this is the right Forum for this question, so I apologize in advance my forum choice was wrong.

I have installed the Category module for 4.7 and absolutely LOVE it. It meets all my needs ... however ... the "submitted by" line does not appear below the title when using categories. Is there a "quick fix" to get the submission line to reappear using categories?

CONTENT CREATION QUESTION: creating content that fall under your current texanomy automatically

is posible to create content that automatically falls under the current texanomy?

for example, under "politicians" -> "bill clinton" when I click on "create content", the content i created will automatically fall under "bill clinton"?h

currently you have to select from a pull down menu which could be tedious one the texanomy become huge.. like in the 100s.

Can someone help? Thanks

.htaccess statement

I have noticed some of my pages are getting indexed as mysite.com/page instead of www.mysite.com/page ...

can someone help me with the .htaccess statement to fix this? I think I need a redirect statement, but can't find one that addresses this particular issue. I notice that this site (drupal.org) does a redirect doing the exact opposite (that is, from www.drupal.org to drupal.org).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
